Pain Management Services
Our pain management services provide comprehensive, individualized care delivered by a nurse practitioner with years of specialized experience in treating acute and chronic pain. I have experience treating various types of chronic pain including failed back surgery, chronic neck and back pain, neuropathic pain, various neuralgias, and pelvic pain. The mind and body are very connected which means I’m also treating insomnia, depression, anxiety and other pain related mood disorders. Treatment plans may include medication management and referrals for advanced interventions—such as injection therapy or specialty evaluations—when clinically indicated. All patients are required to sign a pain management contract, consent to ongoing monitoring of their prescription database, and complete an annual urine drug screen to ensure safe, responsible, and effective care.
Pain management services required an in office visit every 6 months with urine drug screens annually.

Urgent Care Telehealth or In-office Services
Visiting the Vail Valley or looking for reasonably priced urgent care services? Book online, same day appointments. From gastrointestinal illness, hangovers, altitude sickness to upper respiratory infections, you can quickly feel your best to get back to your outdoor adventures. If medically appropriate and schedule availability allows, same day IV hydration and other treatment options can be schedule with your provider at the time of the visit.
Retainer Medicine with Psychiatric Care
Basic- Pay per visit
$300 for the initial 90 min evaluation for any combination of the services listed on the website including primary care services if needed.
$180 for 45 minute follow up visits.
$130 for 30 minute follow up visits.

$200 1 hour psychotherapy.
Expanded Retainer- Program with Psychiatric Services.

Schedule an initial evaluation and if you decide to move forward with this plan 1/2 of the initial visit cost will be applied towards your first month. Can be billed monthly or annually. This include preventive medical management, medical office care, and psychiatric care.
3 follow up visits (Telehealth or in person based on availability) included per month with psychiatric care and medication management. Follow up visits can be used for 45 min psychotherapy if needed.
Follow up visits can be used for any services listed including primary care visits.

Semaglutide (GLP-1)/ Methylcobalamin (B12) Weight Management Program
Initial Evaluation – $200
A comprehensive 60-minute telehealth or in-person visit focused exclusively on assessing eligibility for GLP-1 therapy.
Semaglutide 2.5 mg/mL /Methylcobalamin (B12) 1mg/mL Injection Solution– 5 mL Vial ($350)
Provides enough medication for approximately 3 months + 3 weeks of treatment.
A second vial is typically ordered at the start of month 4.
Approximate cost: $94/month for the first four months and includes shipping to the office or to your house.
Dosing Schedule (First 5 mL Vial):
Weeks 1–4: Inject 10 units (0.1 mL / 0.25 mg) subcutaneously once weekly
Weeks 5–8: Inject 20 units (0.2 mL / 0.5 mg) once weekly
Weeks 9–12: Inject 40 units (0.4 mL / 1 mg) once weekly
Weeks 13–15: Inject 70 units (0.7 mL / 1.75 mg) once weekly
